Ts. Norliza Hashim

Ts. Norliza Hashim is a lecturer in Computer Systems and Networking at ADTEC JTM Bukit Katil Campus, Malaysia. She has extensive experience teaching networking technologies, network operating systems, and computer and network security using hands-on and blended learning approaches aligned with Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) practices.
She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Technical and Vocational Education (TVET) at Open University Malaysia. Her research focuses on the effectiveness of blended learning in enhancing hands-on skills among TVET students.
Beyond technical education, she is also active as an e-book writing trainer, promoting digital writing and publication among educators and students, particularly within technical and vocational education contexts. She is involved in academic publications, conference presentations, technical module development, and anthology writing.
